Welcome to Milan Strongman, an online coaching service operated by Milan, a.k.a. „Strongman.“ These Terms of Service („Terms“) govern your use of the Milan Strongman website (the „Site“), as well as any content, features, products, services, and applications offered by Milan Strongman (collectively, the „Services“).
By accessing or using the Site or any of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Site or any of the Services.
Eligibility
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Description of Services
Milan Strongman provides online coaching services, including but not limited to fitness coaching, nutrition coaching, and lifestyle coaching. The Services may be offered through the Site or through other means such as email, phone, or video conferencing.
Payment and Billing
Milan Strongman may offer Services on a subscription basis or through one-time purchases. Prices for Services are subject to change at any time. You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your use of the Services in accordance with the payment terms in effect at the time of purchase.
Refund Policy
Milan Strongman offers a satisfaction guarantee for certain Services. If you are not satisfied with the Services you receive, you may be eligible for a refund. Refund eligibility and the terms of the refund policy are specified for each Service offering.
User Content
You may be able to upload or otherwise submit content to the Site or Services, including but not limited to text, photos, videos, and audio (collectively, „User Content“). By submitting User Content, you grant Milan Strongman a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, create derivative works based on, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, and otherwise exploit in any manner such User Content in all formats and distribution channels now known or hereafter devised (including in connection with the Milan Strongman Site and Services and Milan Strongman’s business and on third-party sites and services), without further notice to or consent from you, and without the requirement of payment to you or any other person or entity.

The Site, Services, and all content and materials contained therein, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are owned or licensed by Milan Strongman and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Site or Services, except as follows:
Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials.
You may store files that are automatically cached by your Web browser for display enhancement purposes.
You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the Site or Services for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for further reproduction, publication, or distribution.
